VARNA celebrates the 80TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BULGARIAN NATIONAL RADIO

with a multimedia show V.arna S.wing O.rchestra P.roject!

 

In the age when everyone grew crazy about the swing,

radio became the absolute mass media and the dancing rooms

with two stages where bands performed in line became the absolute hit.

The Prohibition reached its peak but the whole of America danced.

Jazz and pop sounded in unity on the verge of the 1930’s and the 1940’s–

infused with romantic, hunger for music and longing for a life “like in the films.” 

The world changed. Today, we listen to the swing with 

V.S.O.P/ Varna Swing Orchestra Project,once again.
