A storyboard and stage slideshow logistics for the Day of Varna.

My first project which introduced me to the crowd.

Complicated as hell because I had to not simply manage the pics

but to also synchronize themes and timelines.

And I had to meanwhile take those pics.

My main task was to moderate the relations and performance

of three photographers, a video and a participating client.

Design-related issues were pushed to the background.
